1) Commitment: He serves God, Family, and others faithfully
2) Courage: He takes bold steps in faith
3) Conviction: He knows what he stands for & he doesn't waiver
4) Constructive: He builds his family & those in his community up
5) Character: He has a good name & reputation
6) Confidence: He's led by faith and not fear
7) Control: He exhibits self control in any situation
