Do you have the type of faith that you're supposed to have?

My God is definitely an on-time God. God surely walked all down my street today when my minister Conley Gibbs Jr. brought the bible study lesson this morning. He pointed out through I John 5:14-15 that my worldly concept doesn't and isn't in line with the Biblical concept that's in the bible as to the type of faith I should have and what that looks like.  According to Hebrews Chapter 11, there are 
3 Types of Faith:

1) Believing in God
2) Trusting & depending on God
3) Waiting on God

You need hope in order to have faith.  Without hope you can't have faith. There are many hopeless people walking around today looking, searching for someone or something to believe in, to gain strength from & better themselves from. Faith equals trusting God is looking forward & you don't know the outcome. God answers our prayers even when he says NO! God isn't obligated to answer our prayers in the way that we want. We have to learn how to pray for whatever is in God's will versus what we want and try to yield or will by our own merits and understanding because God doesn't work or operate based on our demands, understanding or solutions. His ways aren't our ways and his thoughts aren't are thoughts so we need to get out of his way and let Him do what he does best.
